After a decade living and working in Paris, owner Rachael came back to Scotland with a view that good brand design needs to feel true to the person behind it. That takes time, care, and someone who understands that cultural nuances and human details are what make a brand actually connect with audiences.

Most brand designers hand off to a copywriter. We don't. Your visual identity and your brand voice are built by the same team, in the same process, at the same time.   • Two weeks from start to finish. That timeframe is intentional. It keeps momentum, keeps things focused, and delivers a complete, cohesive brand without the drawn-out back and forth that most branding projects fall into.

  • Yes. We're based in Scotland but work with clients globally. Everything is done remotely, and the process works just as well whether you're in Edinburgh or anywhere else entirely.
  • Yes. Klarna is available, so you can spread the cost interest free.
  • No. In fact, it often helps when you don't. Clients who come in with a very fixed idea of what they want can sometimes limit what's possible. We take the time to understand your business, your audience, and where you're going, then develop the brand from there.
  • The One Concept Method includes a revision round. We present the thinking and the work in full, and you have the opportunity to give feedback before everything is finalised. What it doesn't include is starting again from scratch with a different direction, because that's not how considered brand work is done.
  • Everything. Logo files in all standard formats (SVG, PNG, PDF, EPS), all brand assets, font usage notes, colour references, your brand guide as a PDF, and copywriting direction. You'll have everything you need to brief a web developer, a printer, or anyone else going forward.
  • Yes. We work in both English and French. If you'd like to work in French, just mention it when you get in touch.
  • Yes. Whether you're starting from scratch, have been trading for years on DIY branding, or are at a point of growth and need your brand to catch up, there's a way for us to work together.
  • Not exactly. If you have something in place, it gives you an honest read on where it stands. If you're earlier stage and want a professional perspective before you invest in a full brand, it can be a useful starting point for that too. Either way, you leave with a detailed PDF report and a clear picture of next steps.
